As we step into the season of Lent, here's a playlist I put together for The New York Avenue Presbyterian Church, the congregation I’m serving as interim musician. It's a variety of music that pushes toward the contemplative and invites us to reclaim Original Blessing and our intrinsic belovedness rather than miring us in the shame-filled murkiness of Original Sin.
