late spring update

April 04, 2017 by Paul Vasile in residency, News

It's been a busy few weeks and I'm grateful to be back at Eden Theological Seminary for the rest of the Spring semester, working with the Chapel Choir and assisting with worship.

One exciting piece of news: I've been invited to serve as a worship planner and leader for Big Tent, a biennial gathering of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) that will take place here in St. Louis from July 6-8.

I am excited to continue my consulting work, which brings me back east! Over the next months I'll be in New York City regularly to again collaborate with The Rev. Kaji Douša and leaders at Park Avenue Christian Church as they live into a re-configured worship space and commitment to a musically diverse, bi-lingual liturgy.

Work with Music That Makes Community is ongoing and we're gearing up for a special Pentecost weekend in Chicago, as well as workshops around the US and Canada this summer.

More work ahead, more beautiful music ahead. Thank you for your prayers and support on the journey, friends.
